Ulsav Docs
Documentation, guides, and the API reference for the Ulsav event platform
Ulsav is an event management and ticketing platform: an Organization publishes Events, sells Passes, collects payment, admits people at the door, and keeps the participant and money records that go with all of it.
This site documents Ulsav V2 — the domain model, the organizer workflows, and the public API third-party frontends build on.
Concepts
Organizations, Events, Passes, Orders, Registrations, and how they connect
Guides
Task-shaped walkthroughs: create an Event, sell Passes, run check-in
Reference
The rules that decide behaviour: status, visibility, pricing, permissions
Developers
Authentication, API keys, webhooks, and the error contract
API reference
Every operation, generated from the live OpenAPI document
Problem codes
Every error code the API can return, and what to do about it
Where to start
- Building an integration? Read authentication and conventions first; every collection shares them.
- Running an event? Start at create an Event.
- Learning the model? Concepts is the vocabulary the API uses; the words there are fixed and case-sensitive.
Contract
- Every path is versioned under
/api/v1. - Errors use one envelope, RFC 9457,
with a stable
code. Branch on the code, never on the message. - The API reference on this site is generated from the OpenAPI document the API serves, so it cannot drift from what is deployed.
